Hey folks, I am thinking of getting Yellow Tail Shiraz for my wedding dinner. I am concern that not every of my guest is receptive to Shiraz.

Any comments?

Why don't you try cabernet sauvignon? Maybe chinese food can go better with it. Shiraz tend to be stronger.

ya...decided to take Yellow Tail cab sauvignon. I think the taste is milder. My wife is non drinker and she finds it acceptable.

hmmm...I just got a bottle of Yellow Tail 2006 Shiraz. Have not tried it yet.

I usually prefer shiraz because it can go well with heavy and oily food. Will post a blog to let you guys know once I've tried it.

Hi Wine@Leisure, read your blog on the Yellow tail shiraz. Quite surprise that it is so good.

Last week when I was in NTUC, I saw a guy emptying the whole rack of yellow tail merlot 2006 into his trolley! Thats easily over 10 bottles Made me so curious to try it now
